​ Chef Jeff Zerby


After receiving a Business Degree from Kutztown University, Jeff went on to pursue his true passion in the world of Food and Beverage. He graduated with a degree in Food and Hospitality from Penn State University, and moved into the culinary world as a Classically French Trained Chef. In 1999 Jeff lived in Las Vegas and worked for Wolfgang Puck’s Postrio Restaurant. A year later in 2000 he was hired as the Corporate Executive Chef for the Linchris Hotel Corporation.

In July of 2003 Jeff started Empire Hospitality Management Inc. and Pioneered such brands as Bigg Daddys American Tavern & Music Club and Kind Valley Catering. As C.E.O. he created the restaurants concept company Roshambo Restaurants LLC.

From 2004 to 2013 Jeff was the Director of Food and Beverage for the United Way in White County Georgia, and he has also been a member of the Board of Directors for numerous Charitable Golf Tournaments and Charity Fundraising Organizations. Jeff is proficient in creating Restaurant Concepts, Sales and Marketing, Consulting, Food and Beverage Menu Development, and generating Craft Beer & Wine Programs.
