​Chef Kalen Fortuna


Chef Kalen Fortuna was born in Clearwater Florida and raised in Charleston South Carolina. He started cooking at age 14, working at the Peninsula Grill where he worked under Chef Graham Dailey. Chef Fortuna moved to the Florida Keys in 2013 to take a chef position at Little Palm Island. When he is not in the kitchen, he loves fishing, paddle boarding with his wife and boating with their handsome 8-year-old wiener dog Larry!
