  • Chef’s Tasting Menus – These are demonstration cooking lessons and events. The chef will create and prepare a unique themed menu for your education and enjoyment
  • Hands-On Cooking Lessons – Whether basic, advanced, or geared toward a specific cuisine or technique, hands-on cooking lessons get you into the kitchen to learn from the chef
  • Educational Demonstration Lessons - These are demonstration cooking lessons that are designed to show you the techniques, equipment, and ingredients necessary to create a specific dish or type of cuisine
  • Summer Menus - Demonstration cooking lessons with lighter fare, fewer courses, and lower priced for the Summer
  • Wine Education Events – Basic wine tastings, advanced tastings, blind wine tastings, and wine dinners
  • Food Education Events - Lectures and instruction on food, nutrition, flavors, cooking techniques, and ingredients

January 21 — Conch Revival Picnic

Please join us for our annual collaboration with Chef Dave Fuhrman and the Key West Art & Historical Society!

Inspired by The Society’s board member, the late Dianne Zolotow, the Conch Revival Picnic tradition was launched in 2016 to increase awareness of Key West/Conch culture by preserving and promoting historic recipes created and consumed by Conch families for generations, but which have, over time, been disappearing from memory and tables. Some of the recipes presented are inspired by the postwar Key West Woman’s Club Cookbook edited by original Conch and first Florida Keys woman mayor Wilhelmina Harvey, as well as recipes from other books located in the Key West Public Library collection.
