Isle Cook Key West offers several types of lessons and events:
  • Chef’s Tasting Menus – These are demonstration cooking lessons and events. The chef will create and prepare a unique themed menu for your education and enjoyment
  • Hands-On Cooking Lessons – Whether basic, advanced, or geared toward a specific cuisine or technique, hands-on cooking lessons get you into the kitchen to learn from the chef
  • Educational Demonstration Lessons - These are demonstration cooking lessons that are designed to show you the techniques, equipment, and ingredients necessary to create a specific dish or type of cuisine
  • Summer Menus - Demonstration cooking lessons with lighter fare, fewer courses, and lower priced for the Summer
  • Wine Education Events – Basic wine tastings, advanced tastings, blind wine tastings, and wine dinners
  • ​Food Education Events ​- Lectures and instruction on food, nutrition, flavors, cooking techniques, and ingredients​

Travel back in time to the 1893 Chicago World’s Fair to escape the craziness of Duval Street during the parade! Isle Cook Key West is offering a limited admission, private party with great food, drink and company! View this year’s parade from an elevated, private balcony or from inside with A/C!

Chef Martha Hubbard will be providing gourmet small plates inspired by the 1893 Chicago World’s Fair along with a selection of fine wines provided by Van Duzer Vineyards!

Join us for this one-of-a-kind, exclusive parade-viewing experience! Costumes encouraged, but optional. Fun, mandatory!

Hook and Cook: Florida Keys Fishing and Culinary Experience - $300.00 – 1:00pm

Join Captain Jeremy Hackworth of Zia Charters and Chef Martha Hubbard for a once-in-a-lifetime fishing experience and cooking lesson.

Participants will go on a private fishing charter with Captain Jeremy Hackworth of Zia Charters where they will learn fundamental lower keys fishing techniques for reef species.  Upon return to Key West, the participants will come to Isle Cook Key West for a cooking lesson and dinner with Chef Hubbard.

Dinner will begin at approximately 6:00pm.  If you would like to invite your significant other or friend to the dinner that evening the cost is $50.00 per seat.
