Isle Cook Key West offers several types of lessons and events:
  • Chef’s Tasting Menus – These are demonstration cooking lessons and events. The chef will create and prepare a unique themed menu for your education and enjoyment
  • Hands-On Cooking Lessons – Whether basic, advanced, or geared toward a specific cuisine or technique, hands-on cooking lessons get you into the kitchen to learn from the chef
  • Educational Demonstration Lessons - These are demonstration cooking lessons that are designed to show you the techniques, equipment, and ingredients necessary to create a specific dish or type of cuisine
  • Summer Menus - Demonstration cooking lessons with lighter fare, fewer courses, and lower priced for the Summer
  • Wine Education Events – Basic wine tastings, advanced tastings, blind wine tastings, and wine dinners
  • ​Food Education Events ​- Lectures and instruction on food, nutrition, flavors, cooking techniques, and ingredients​
  • Special Events – Isle Cook Key West offers a wide range of special events. Please check our schedule of events for details

Conch Revival Picnic
Key West Lighthouse and Keeper’s Quarters Museum – 5:00 to 9:00pm

The Conch Revival Picnic is an annual picnic dinner that features and highlights classic Key West/Conch cuisine and includes a wide variety of classic Key West/Conch recipes, using conch itself, as well as other culturally significant Conch dishes. Created to preserve local Conch culture by documenting and promoting historic recipes which were created and consumed by Conch families for generations, and that are now disappearing from restaurants and dining room tables, this event will feature traditional Conch cuisine, a cooking contest, wine and food tasting, live music, and more.

Sponsored by the Key West Art and Historical Society, Isle Cook Key West, Great Events Catering, Key West Food Tours, Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits, Fausto’s, Grimal Grove, and Three Hands Fish, this year’s picnic will feature food from Chefs Martha Hubbard and David Fuhrman.

Hook and Cook: Florida Keys Fishing and Culinary Experience - $300.00 – 1:00pm - SOLD OUT

Join Captain Jeremy Hackworth of Zia Charters and Chef Martha Hubbard for a once-in-a-lifetime fishing experience and cooking lesson.

Participants will go on a private fishing charter with Captain Jeremy Hackworth of Zia Charters where they will learn fundamental lower keys fishing techniques for reef species.  Upon return to Key West, the participants will come to Isle Cook Key West for a cooking lesson and dinner with Chef Hubbard.

Dinner will begin at approximately 6:00pm.  If you would like to invite your significant other or friend to the dinner that evening the cost is $50.00 per seat.
