Prior to his arrival in Key West 18 years ago, Chef Wayne Keller prepared delicious meals at the trendy fine dining restaurant Dexter’s in Winter Park, FL. Once in Key West, Wayne took over the kitchen at Finnegan's Wake, and quickly became the front of the house and back of the house manager. In his 18 years at Finnegan’s Wake, Wayne created over 5,000 innovative recipes, and quickly became a local’s favorite.
